Warehouse Operative Location: Coventry Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 06:00 -18:00 Salary: £13.54ph Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking to join a fast-paced warehouse team? We're currently seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our Coventry-based operation. This role is well-suited to individual with hobbies involving detailed manual work, as it requires precision and dexterity in handling small components. Key Responsibilities: Picking items accurately using a handheld scanner Packing high-quality orders ready for shipment to customers using a computer Assembling components in a fast paced environment Maintaining warehouse hygiene and ensuring a clean and safe environment Following all health and safety procedures at all times Supporting other warehouse functions as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential Ability to understand written, electronic, and verbal instructions/directions. Demonstrate a sense of urgency required to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a positive, enthusiastic and results-oriented individual. Initiative to work with minimal instruction or direction Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good understanding of health and safety practices Flexibility to support various tasks within the warehouse Why Join Us?
